Insole Paper Board for Sports Shoes is a paper-based structural board with controlled thickness and stiffness, designed for internal footwear construction. Its fiber-based board structure supports die-cutting, shaping, and assembly in sports shoe production.

Primary Fibers: High-grade unbleached wood pulp and selected recycled cellulose fibers for structural integrity and tensile strength.

Impregnation Resins: Custom-blended latex and acrylic emulsions that impart sweat resistance, dimensional stability, and high resilience against bending fatigue.

Surface Treatment: Smooth, calendared surface finish optimized for secure bonding with EVA midsoles, foam cushioning, and upper assembly adhesives.

Available Thicknesses：
• 0.8 mm–1.2 mm: Ultra-lightweight trainers, flexible sports flats, and sockliner reinforcements.
• 1.4 mm–2.0 mm: Standard running shoes, cross-trainers, and court shoes requiring balanced soft-to-medium hardness.
• 2.2 mm–3.0 mm: High-performance basketball shoes, heavy-duty athletic footwear, and hard grades requiring higher torsional rigidity.

Grade Options：
• Soft Grade: High flexibility, suitable for casual and comfort-focused sports footwear.
